Ailanbeg Cottage description.
Prices shown are per week based on 2 adults.
Each additional person up to the maximum of 5 is charged £ 25 per week.
Children 2 to 16 are £ 15 per week (plus 1 child up to 2 years in cot free)
( A cot can be provided at no extra charge and 1 child up to 2 years is at no extra charge).
Up to 4 Mountain Bikes free of charge available.
FREE Internet and Email (Broadband details)
Pets by arrangement. £10 per pet.

Condition: Full payment in £- Sterling on booking. Visa, MasterCard accepted but need to be confirmed.
Cheques should be made / sent with a booking made payable to R.W.K. Kunz.
A refundable security deposit of £100 is requested on final payment
If you prefer you may pay the security deposit in cash on arrival.
(on any bookings within 14 days of arrival this security deposit of £100 has to be paid in cash on arrival!) This security deposit will be refunded via Cheque to the person making the booking.

Ailanbeg Cottage

The cottage sleeps 5 plus c1 child up to 2years in a cot, consists of porch, hall, open plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom,2 bedrooms.
All rooms on ground floor -no bunk beds-. The bedrooms are carpeted throughout, whilst all other rooms are tiled with rugs in lounge and bath. All rooms except the bathroom have original granite feature wall/s.
Cottage Layout:

Lounge/ Kitchen	open plan lounge with ( gas hob, electric oven with grill, microwave, extractor fan, washing machine electric continental coffee maker, toaster, fridge with 3 star freezer compartment, breakfast bar, lounge area with armchairs, sofa, coffee table, dining table, stereo radio/cassette, FREE Internet and Email (Broadband details) and Satellite TV (UK and European) DVD player , , 3 bar electric fire.
Bathroom	with hand wash basin, WC, immersion heater in cupboard, continental pressurized water system, full bath with shower overhead.
Bedroom 1	master bedroom- king-size double bed, single bed, wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2	2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Utility room:	large room with tumble dryer, freezer, purpose built fishing rod racks, electric boot dryer etc.
All rooms	All rooms have oil filled electric radiator heaters.

Linen and all towels including tea towels provided at no extra cost.
Beds will be ready on your arrival.
Gas for the hob is included in the rent.
FREE internet access via Broadband/Wireless Lan
Electricity is charged on meter readings. No coins needed.
(Electricity is charged at local electricity rate- no surcharge!)
Crockery and cutlery ( for max. 5)
The Proprietor personally supervises the cottage.
